智能發(fā)泡機(jī)說(shuō)明

　　本臺(tái)發(fā)泡設(shè)備是一種全自動(dòng)智能化設(shè)備，主要有不銹鋼框架、不銹鋼材質(zhì)混合器、減速電機(jī)、變頻器、PLC、觸摸屏、低壓電器元件組成。
ZG-Ai智能發(fā)泡機(jī)適用于各領(lǐng)域和一般化學(xué)工業(yè)的低粘性液體材料連續(xù)發(fā)泡。如涂層、靜電植絨、食品和化妝品行業(yè)，泡沫整理行業(yè)，無(wú)紡布、地毯、乳膠、人造革水性泡沫上漿，PET薄膜涂層，水性聚氨酯的發(fā)泡，人造草坪底膠等。本機(jī)操作簡(jiǎn)單，自動(dòng)化程度高。
　　ZG-Ai智能發(fā)泡機(jī)是對(duì)各種高低粘性液態(tài)混合物進(jìn)行連續(xù)充氣發(fā)泡的智能型全自動(dòng)設(shè)備，它通過(guò)對(duì)混合物的剪切作用，使氣體形成微納米級(jí)氣泡與混合物達(dá)到非常均勻的融合而形成泡沫體，從而在不改變化學(xué)成分及主要性能的情況下達(dá)到節(jié)約原料及改變產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)的雙重目的。
